Improve water confidence level
The programme starts with an interview to evaluate your level of aquaphobia. We determine your aquaphobia level and create a personalized plan to help you overcome your fear at a comfortable pace.
Our programme involves assessing your current condition. We will also customize an individual lesson plan based on your experience and ability. We will also apply induction and familiarization with different pool depths.
You will start with fundamental skills such as water familiarization, breath control, floating techniques. Once you gain confidence, you can progress to our Swimtelligent program for further skill development (e.g., competitive strokes).
The duration varies for each individual. Our approach combines psychological and physiological methods to help you gradually build confidence and comfort in the water.
